The elegant and refined atmosphere of the fresh, Mediterranean-style restaurant “Sapori” provides the ideal frame for our culinary proposals, always prepared with great accuracy and in a traditional way, with a focus on the careful selection of fresh and genuine ingredients. All the recipes express our passion for a balanced and healthy cuisine highlighting Mediterranean flavours.
From May to the end of September lunch consists in a rich buffet of starters and vegetable dishes, a choice of entries, main courses and desserts, offering every day a meal satisfying the most refined palates and complying with the increasing demand for healthy and light food. In March, April and October lunch is served at the table based on a daily menu.
Dinner is served at the table based on a daily menu. Appropriate clothing is required in particular for men: long trousers and shirt or polo. The highlight is a mouth-watering buffet of pastries, prepared by the hotel’s confectioners following Ischitan and Neapolitan traditions.
On special evenings organized every 7 or 14 days dinner is served at “Il Giardino” restaurant in the midst of our green park.
The hotel bar is a corner where to enjoy a coffee break, sip a drink or listen to great piano music in the evening hours. If during the day you do not desire to get away from the sun and relax by the pool, you may order a refreshing cocktail at the Olympic Bar, the other hotel bar with a terrace next to the large pool.
